A Memory of My Dreams: Beautiful Confusion

Dreams are the mind's private cinema—vivid, urgent, and utterly impossible. This project explores the 'Beautiful Confusion' of the subconscious: a world where colors are razor-sharp and every shape is vivid, yet they exist only in the fluid space behind our eyes. The work sits at the intersection of generative art and the phenomenology of dreaming. The shimmering form you see—The Neural Bloom—is not decoration; it is an uncanny architecture of memory that bleeds into sensation. You are invited to step inside this magical dreamscape, where logic dissolves and the impossible feels tactile.

02 — Instructions

How to Navigate the Dream

Find yourself standing before the protruding hemisphere on the wall in a darkened space. Put on the headphones and allow the audio-visual rhythm to settle into your consciousness. Once the dream begins, you are no longer just an observer..

  1. 01 Use your thumb and index finger to grasp the air. Bring them together or pull them apart to adjust the scale of the object.
  2. 02 Move your hands freely through the space to guide the trajectory of the main object, leading it through the void.
  3. 03 Clench your hands into a fist and raise only your pinky finger. Move it vertically to ripple and distort the object's reality, creating an uncanny shimmer.
  4. 04 There is no correct ending. You may leave whenever the work releases you.
